2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom or large sculptures may require additional processing time (we will notify you if this applies).
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, and local postal services) to ensure safe delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- The African Hand is not liable for these additional charges.

- You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your sculpture arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
- Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
8. Returns & Exchanges
